    sharp ar651 hdd format scan quit working

    after doing a hdd format sim 690-2. scanning quit working

      Just update your profiles with the network scanner tool from the computer you are using. With a format of the HDD I believe you erased the profile information from the copier.

          I am enclosing a page printed on Sharp AR 651 with open ADF and no paper on the glass. New drum, sharp toner and developer. Previously the machine got soaked due to fire in the store. Machine was dried, cleaned and replaced developer from toshiba machine, but later the developer from Sharp was replaced. But the copy machine is not printing solid black. The printed text on the page is not solid. I would appreciate help on this forum. Previously I have benefitted from these forums and saved $$$ on repair of my machines. I am not a tech but understand somewhat. thanks
