Anyone had copy quality issues after refilling toner cartridges ? We use katun toner and only refill twice before supplying new ones - However lately we have noticed density dropping off quite quickly.Drum has just been replaced due to dev spillage at front side . Any clues Cheers

We have been using toner cartridges from Katun, but not using the refill kits. We have not had any issues in the past using Katun though. The Densi catridges have also worked well.
Take CareI thought I was getting wiser as time went on... I now realize I am just getting older. -

Try to clean the glass above the drum unit (laser slit glass) and if still you're getting washed out copies try to run the simm 46/01 to darken the output.
usually a higher number is equal to darker copies.
