    [Error Code] Sharp AR-M 237 Error Code H4-00

    Please help me with this Sharp AR-M 237 Photocopier which is
    displaying Error code H4-00.

          Check the main heat lamp. The lamp holder plate was modified a few years back to give extra heat expansion allowance between the lamp & the plate. It was common for the lamp ends to crack due to no heat expansion allowance in the fuser frame.

              How can I log onto the diagnostic mode on this copier? in order to run Sim 14
              and the other codes?

                  From the manual -

                  Entering the simulation mode
                  1) #/P key (program) ON → Asterisk (*) key ON → CLEAR key ON →
                  Asterisk (*) key ON → Ready for input of a main code of simulation
