I have a Sharp AR 507, While i was changing the Display I Shorted the machine out. I Changed the AC power supply, the Dc Power Supply, The Printer control Board and the ADF Board and also the Baord under neath the hard drive. i got the maichine up and running but the Display will Show the Machine has a ADF but then goes away before warm up. Anyone have any Answers for me. The machine has an ADF

Let me get this straight, you were changing the display with the power on? You should look into a career change. -
PCU PWB or EEPROM
If the PCU was a new/good one there's really only one thing left: the PCU EEPROM. Usually its the PCU PWB that causes an accessory to vanish. If the PCU PWB that you installed was not new, It could easily have its own problems.
I remember, I was trying to make (1) good working machine from (2) AR-287's and (1) AR-407. There wasn't a good PCU in the lot of them.If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
