I have a ar-m451n, that sometimes gives me the error code E7-90?

Found this tip.

Model Name:

ARM350,ARM450

Symptom:

Machine Gives A E7-80 Or E7-90 Fault Code Or Blank Copies Or Paper Jams

Cause:

Static discharge in the PS Roller Unit

Action: Ensure that the contact points of items 36 and 18 on page 5 of the parts
guide are clean. Also ensure that items 23 are clean.

I think it's the same machine. It uses a 100k drum and 100k DV.

It can definitely be caused by a missing earth spring in the rego unit.

yes, i faced the problem also. the ps unit inside got 2 earth springs,one spring missing also can cause e7-90,machine hang up

problem solved, revision to the unit of ps roller, and firmware upgrade, because the copier was out of date. (yet v. n1.12)
