AR-M355 455 Twain driver compatible?

Just had a customer ask if they could connect their ar-m355 with their new accounting software that required a TWAIN device. Are they compatible? Thanks

Yes.......BUT..........it's a PITA. The mono machines will only use the TWAIN driver by pulling it in from Sharpdesk. Soooo.....you have to scan to sharpdesk first, then use the TWAIN driver in the application to acquire the image to the application. This is a good reason to sell them a color unit. The will all scan directly to TWAIN. On the brochures, Sharp calls it PC scan.
