hi all
having a problem with a ARRP6N doc feeder copies document ok 1 to 1 also 2 to 1
but 2 to 2 it will copies say 3 pages then pauses saying on display coping in progress and just sit there you can hear the motor turning but just sit there till
you lift the scanner lid then press start /continue displayed. . then as above again.

Has your machine got the expansion memory installed? Its not something that you must have for this to work (it should anyway), but if so, either reseat it or replace it. There are notes here of either memory issues or firmware upgrade for this.
