Are you talking about fax memory? If yes, and if this is a Tiger, it takes AR-MM9 Memory Module 8MB. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

From what I can tell from the brochures it's a Jupiter. In that case, the fax still uses AR-MM9 Memory Module 8MB.

        The System Memory is:
        SHP16X64S133SC3-B Memory DIMM 128MB or
        SHP32X64S133SC3-B Memory DIMM 256MB

There is 64MB on board, and you can add up to 256MB, for a total of 320MB
It's going to be located on the MFP Control PWB.
Sorry, I can't tell you which socket. =^..^=

was what I wanted to confirm, but I've looked into the control board, and do not seen
any soket, likes as in ar-m450n for ex.

          the dims are the sames.

            Dingo,

ARM351/451 comes with 128Mb standard. This can be max'ed out to 284Mb with the use of MXAR128SO & MXAR256SO memory module upgrades. These are different from the fax memory modules, which is AR-MM9 as Dave has already mentioned.

My apologies. I made the assumption that Jupiter series here in the US were the same as yours. Apparently that's not the case.
