There are a lot of things that can cause an L4-02 code. If it doesn't reset with sim 14 check your drum unit. Something could be clogged in your waste toner auger or your waste toner container could be full or just something wrong with the drum unit.

Is, like bilyahn said, first you must chek if all is ok in the drum unit, if nothing is arrested, and try replace the mc unit.
