Error display Content Details of content
EE-EL EL abnormality Sensor output level less than 67, or
sensor control voltage level over 197
EE-EU EU abnormality Sensor output level over 154, or sensor
control voltage level less than 49
EE-EC EU abnormality Sensor output level less than 95, or
sensor control voltage level over 105
You can also go into SIM 7, turn off DV checking, run 200 skyshots, then check your outputs and voltages.
Or get a new DV unit.....

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!

It's means the unit is overtoned EE-EL or EE-EU code. You can try to run the 25-2 again but what model is this for? Unlikely but could be bad developer.

This is from the MX2310U SM for steps to fix this. You can run sim 25-1 to get a reading on the DV value. I would check the developer unit first. Is this a new install?

Trouble content The sampling level in the automatic toner density
adjustment is 76 or less or the control voltage is 208
            or above.

            Detail PCU
            Cause Toner density sensor trouble.
            Developing unit trouble.
            PCU PWB trouble.

Check & Remedy Replace the toner density sensor.
            Replace the developing unit.
            Replace the PCU PWB

I have had 2 previous models brand new out of the box that had a bad DV box. One was Cyan, one was Magenta. Could just be a bad DV box.

Agree with Bil,,,run SIM 25-1. If the reading is really low, below 76, or really high, over 208, you most likely have a bad developer unit. I too have had a few DV units bad out of the box.

Hey,all did you have the toners in the machine when you ran 25-2. If so there's more than likely your issue.I've heard just a couple of grams falling into the dv unit during 25-2 will ee-el out on you and the only resolve is to replace the DV.

                      EE-EL

This has been caused by the wrong set-up procedures, when this machine was launched I like you set-up the machine much the same as all other mx type of machines, after a day or two the machines shut down. the devs were now shot and i had to replace them, but while waiting for stock to arrive a update arrived from sharp with reference to the set up procedure. when adding the developer for the first time to the developer box you must shake the dev box from side to side to ensure that the developer has been spread evenly,
once done and before adding the toner cartridges to the machine run code 25 2, once done ca let the machines now warm up without the toner cartridges in, then put the toner in.. its basically caused by the toner adding to the dev box before set-up has finished, a update for later models has now been done. hope this helps as its an expensive mistake..

I have a similar machine (DX-2000U) with EE-EL error too. my mistake was running sim 25-02 with the toner cartridge in the machine. I noticed you have EE-EL on for bk while mine comes out on all the developers.

what model of DV is your machine using ?
