[Misc] Sharp ARM237 Clear & CA Buttons Not Working

The Clear and Clear All (CA) buttons are not working and I soldered on new dip switches for both on the KEY PWB, so would replacing the OPU PWB with the battery on it fix it?

Most likely. I would take another look at the OPE PWB.

You'll commonly find cold solder joints at the most commonly used switches, and at the connector base. Once you've touched up those solder joints and it still doesn't work, then replace the PWB.

Have you metered out the push switches that you installed? Also check the rest of the switches. It's remarkably easy to cook those push switches by soldering the legs too slowly. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

We found the entire operation panel for $75 used, the OPE PWB is like $300, so we have a replacement. Thank you for the tip on how easy it is to cook up those switches though.
