How interesting! U9-99 is an operation panel language error. Did you, by any chance, change the display language recently?
The manual says to set the machine destination in simulation 26-06. There does not appear to be any list of destinations in the manual to choose from. =^..^=
There is another possibility:
- U9-99 can occur if the incorrect firmware is installed, such as DSK firmware on a non-DSK machine, or vice-versa.
- Make sure the correct version of MCU firmware is installed for the country located. Firmware obtained elsewhere will also give U9-99. Reload the MCU firmware with correct F/W.
- Set correct language in sim 26-22 to match firmware file of origin.

Reason: Amazingly, I had another thought. Two the same day.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

What setting did you use for 26-06, for which language?
