MX-2700 image quality

I am getting colour loss towards the back on the copier worst on cyan and magneta not so bad on yellow the colour reading is approx 270,000 and the maintence read on colour developers and drums are approx 33,000. Sim 25-1 is giving low readings then errors. Am I looking at developer (mag) rollers needing replaced

I would first check/replace the drums and dv.

Drum with peeled off layer can cause developer pull .

The drums have completed little over half their life, I had swapped yellow and cyan drums but was getting the same coverage

Hello,
I don't think your DV UNITS must be changed.
Remember that you do not only to check the DV and DRUM page counters but also the DV and DRUM life counters.
You may have to change products before your page counter reach 60.000 pages.
Life expectation counter for MX2700's DV and DRUM (Colors) is around 8.000.000 rotations.
In any case, try to manually clean CHARGE CORONA and GRID using fine sand-paper.
You will found a lot of "green dust" on the GRID, this causes quality issues.

check gap between blade and magnetic roller. i had reversed effect, coloring of one side of page. print was ok but on edge f paper i had toner transferred.
