    AEM-550 fuser pressure

    Just want to know want the fuser nip measurement should be. thanks

    As far as I know, it's not really adjustable; you either have the pressure release screws out the way out or in. I haven't tested it ,but generally the nip is about 10mm.

      ZOOTECH is right!
      If you have installed a new fuser unit, just turn the 2 pressure screws c/clockwise till they are free.
      If you have a fuser unit that give you quality problem, check all cleaning rollers into.
      Remember that Sharp as modified the fusing unit and the fusing replacement kit to improve quality.
