    mx3500

    Hello out there

I've got a mx3500 throwing POD_1 S jams. only does it when it's hot, after say 50 copies.allow the m/c to cool and it's away again until it is hot. it has the latest reverse pg fitted. i reckon it's the POD sensor breaking down when hot. anyone had this fault???

    Thanks

    Hello,
I've already seen this issue, in my case was the POD1 actuator sensor that had difficulty to return to the home position specially when MFP was hot. Clean the actuator and give one more turn to its spring.
Also try to swap POD1 sensor (code: VHPLG248NL1-1) with another identical sensor (like the SHIFTER HOME DETECT sensor).
    Regards
