E7- what? Hold the print button to see the remaining two digits of the code.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
ERROR
E7 Subcode 02: Laser Problem.
10: Black correction shading problem from CCD
11: White correction shading problem from CCD
12: Intermediate tone shading problem from CCD
13: Exposure light amount incorrect( can be blown exposure lamp).
Now, in english:
The lens of the machine (CCD) is not "seeing" correctly the white strip located underneath the exposure glass, this may be because of accumulation of dirt in optical section+lens. OR/AND the exposure lamp is dirty/blown (or its fuse).
Laser bad is very unlikely but still possible.
Check al these out and let us know what resulted. A full cleaning service should be the first step.

I would start out by changing the exposure lamp. =^..^=
