MX-C311 Error E7-11

hello guys i went to one of my customers today with a constant E7-11 error on there copier, did basic stuff, cleaned out optics area,checked connectors to scanner unit, still no luck getting rid off this error, when i checked Service manual it says check white shade correction, but still did not have anyluck, with sorting this issue out this one, anyone have any experience with this one? thanks in advance for help.

well guys it turned out that i had to change the entire scanner unit, i was told by a sharp representative, thanks again guys.
