[CQ] MX4101 lines when printing only

One of the techs is having this problem (images attached).
He replaced the LSU and it is still doing the lines only from any color printed jobs. Copy jobs are fine. We have ordered the ROMs and the MFP. The firmware is up to date.
Has anyone seen this before?

The lines occur for all colors and from self print and network print

I agree with igi. Take out the memory chips and clean the contacts with an eraser.

Thank you all for your responses. we did all that with the memory and MFP and eracer. We ended up replacing the MFP and the checked all the connectors between the LSU and the Other MFPs and that seems to have fixed it for now at least.
