I modded all mine this week and so far, no issues. The mod is for the rear pin only. Fast and easy too. As for having them on hand, I don't think you can get them. All our warranty claims have been canceled and we are being told to replace the belt only, as that is all they have. If anyone can get a complete fuser, please let me know. Unfortunately, we got the first lot of these before any mods or retrofits, so for us, it has been hectic. As always, time will tell.
