    page count?

Maybe you've got a black DV unit issue, if the machine is high meter (400K+) and you hear a low popping noise, your drive belt in the DV unit may be skipping. Pics may help, copies and prints? Prints may be a vecor/raster graphics issue or some driver trouble.

The issue hapened more in prints, but is intermitent, and is always in the firts prints.
I already have tested the pcl5, pcl6 and ps too.
I will chek the dv unit.

Try changing the driver from vector to raster. Have had this happen with older digital camera files (4 megapixel Sonys to be exact). Switching the driver makes the spooling take quite a bit longer but it gets rid of the weird black images. You might want to think about increasing the memory as this unit comes with 128MB standard of system memory. This only happened to me on prints not on copies.

        Good luck.

          hi friend
thanks a lot for your reply.
I`m around the issue, and realy only hapened in prints to, and y already have change the vector to raster, and hapened to.

the only thing that i found, was the costumer as the the copier in "very hight quality" and i change to "hight quality" and may be work good,

i will see and after i post the result here.

          hugs friends

            hi
how about transfering your picture from pc to usb stick
and then printing from the copier directly
check if the problem their or not that will tell us if its driver related
            goodluck
