[Error Code] F1-10 Code on MX-FXN1

I don't have a manual as I don't know much about the Sharp machines. Can anyone tell me how to clear/fix it.

Staple motor problem. Here are some of the steps to troubleshoot. I would see if there is anything jamming the stapler from moving properly and the staple cartridge is inserted properly. If it is moving freely then the error code should reset when you turn it off and on. If not try sim 14 to reset.
