[Misc] ARM-201 operation panel lock

I have a customer who was trying to get a copy count ended up locking the operation panel.
The copier works ok but only Copy and Start button LED are lit. No button responds, not even the numerical keypad. You can't go to Sim either since no button works. I replaced the LCD pwb comprising of all function/keypad but it did not resolve the problem.
Anyone with similar experience to help please.

try to enter into the simulation again,I think you didnt hit properly the keys.I also experienced same thing before, what I do was to cancel the maintenance life over,the developer life over, the drum life over.enter sim 26-36, sim 26-37, sim 26-38, set to 1=continue operation 0=stop operation.

Thanks to all but I was sure the ribbon cabble connected well and I hit the Simulations buttons hard enough. However, my supervisor will have a look tomorrow and I will update you what he has found out.

It's sorted by reseating the flat ribbon cable again on the MCU. Thanks
