Hello guys, i'm new at forum and my first question is how to get in maintenance mode @ Sharp MX3500N?

I tried to use #/P, *, C,* -> but it doesnt show anything..

The FK3 code can't be cleared from there, the machine needs parts.

and the correct counter cleared sim-24

#/P -> * -> C -> * is the correct sequence, just make sure you're on the copy screen.

That is the correct sequence to enter service mode. Make sure you are in copy mode when you try this. Image send or job status will not work.

At 150k color & B/W copies added together the machine will call for a fuser web. At 300k you replace the entire fuser. Check the consumables section of the service manual, it will have the supply numbers you need that will come in kits.
