    SHARP-ar-5132

    Working on ar 5132 first problem, h2-00 did fuser reset,now i have blank copies I no these prob are not related. ran sim 44-2 an 44-3 both are at218 ran sky shot 2-4max they are white,stopped copy at transfer
    no image ran sim 8-2 Can only get transfer to come on charge an sep
    not coming on changed charged an t-s corona units to no-avil 25-1 is93
    what am i missing another drum did not help.

      Not bad! You know your Sharps. Four choices left:

      1) Front door interlock. The 24VDC to the HVT passes through the front door interlock.
      2) HVT
      3) PCU
      4) Power Supply. Specifically check for the 24VDC to the HVT. Sharps often have a fuse for each individual output. By some miracle you might have a blown minifuse on the power supply.

      Let me know what you find.
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:

      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Thanks for the help this was a working machine only thing that was removed was the mirror mtr. which was replaced with a good one 44-2
          an 44-3 would not come to the 218-or higher i thank i have a drum ground problem will start to add toner but if i let it continue to cycle will go into waste bottlle if i go sim 80-2 an put the # from 25-1 in willgo to ready i
          thank that ref is 88-90 which is not enough toner if i lower the#in 80-2to 55-60 will continue to cycle until i get lot of toner in waste bottle i fixed 44-2 44-3 they are ok canno t get image charge an transfer are working
