    MX-4501N intermittantly going offline

    hello guys i have a Mx-4501N going to offline mode aftre a couple off prints, if i power down the copier and power up again it works for a short time and does the same thing again, how can i start to troubleshoot this issue?thanks in advance

      Also check your maintenance counter.

      And try to disable SNMP on your print driver.

            heya guys i was told by this client that the I.T. guy,changed the setting on the print driver from RAW to LPR, and now the problem is gone, the copier works normal without going offline, my question here is whats the differnce with RAW and LPR and how could that setting fix that issue that i asked about before, thanks again guys.

              I always set my driver to LPR and enter a queue name of "lp". LPR is good for text like checks and invoices and can be used on a UNIX server. RAW is a ready to print format in the printers native language. Raw is good for PS printing.
