SHARP AR-M207 firmware request

Hi all,
I just need a firmware for the SHARP AR-M207.
I've got the E7-11 error if I try to use the scanner with colors.

I've read other threads about this error and about possible solutions [1]
In particular what oeshuron and TechGeek said.

Just to let you know...
I've read the manual (section 12) about firmware upgrade.
I know that upgrading the firmware is a RISK and probably that it's not THE definitive solution.
Would someone send my a (I hope.. tested) firmware for the printer ?
A version after December 2006 should have this fix (as reported by TechGeek in [1]) :

Engine (From December 2006) The operating margin for occurrence of E7-11 error (Shading trouble /White correction) has been increased. Since the E7-11 error may occur due to fogging of the reflector, the E7-11 error detecting level has been decreased."

I've spent some years, sharing my time and my knowledge and helping people solve their IT problems.. for free.
So I just wanna see if the karma thing works : )
Surely it can't pay for your bills..

contact your suplier or who you got the macine from they should give you the firmware you need,
that is part of the support

Ow. My brain... I'm assuming you're looking for a firmware file? Sharp is very protective of those files and a technician can get into a lot of trouble for sending them out to someone. Can you please try to re word your problem so we can better understand?
