[Jamming] MX5000N Jams and fold under 2nd transfer belt

A maintenance was done by a colleague last week and today found the cleaning blade of primary transfer belt flipped. It was very hard to turn hence I replaced the cleaning blade and the belt but still the belt will not turn though it turns freely by hand. What happens is that the paper jams and get folded underneath secondary transfer belt unit declaring jam code POD1_N. The primary transfer does not turn at all; Sim50-22 will start off ok but will stop in the middle and machine will be quiet and freeze unless POPO.
I tried few things also as follows:
    -Changing black drum cleaning blade.
-tried a new drum unit for CYK one at a time.
    -replaced the separation transfer clutches
    -updated firmware
-transfer roller drive gear checked ok
-all related sensors checked ok PODs
Anyone who coming across should please help.

Re: MX5000N Jams and fold under 2nd transfer belt

    Bulletin on this one:

    Symptom: POD1_N JAM
Cause: Stalling of the Primary and Secondary transfer belts causes POD1_N jam. The BTM
(transfer belt motor) drives both the Primary and Secondary transfer belts. There is no
error code to indicate if this motor has stopped turning.
If the BTM drive system should lock-up, the result will be paper jamming at the
transfer point and POD1_N will be logged.
Solution: Remedy the cause of the BTM system lock-up and allow the transfer belts to rotate.
In this case, hardened toner at the Primary Transfer Cleaning Unit waste toner opening
caused the unit to bind and stop rotating. The white drive plate on the waste toner
container was not attached so the waste toner container overfilled causing the back-up
    and hardened toner.

    Hope it helps
