    Sharp ar-m450n+ crimping/crumpling paper as it comes out? help please?

    so i have a arm-450 and the paper on every few pages is crumpling when it comes out?? is it a roller problem?? never had this issue before?? what can i use to clean all rollers?? can't get a tech till tomorrow and really need it to work tonight, any help is appreciated thanks

      your not being detailed with this, is it jamming or just creased?

      sounds like you are meaning creased which makes me believe you may need fuser rollers or a new fuser unit.

              You may also want to look at the registration assembly, it will get gummed up and cause this problem.

                  Try first to check the fusing unit if the separation claws,upper and lower heat rollers are defective or the guide in the cassette, I've encountered some that the user didn't care if the guide in the cassette are properly fit to the paper, it also cause crumpling of the paper...

                          Does this machine have a finisher? If so I seem to remember a clutch problem on one of the finishers. Mag clutch would get dirty and essentially would not pull paper out of machine fast enough causing paper to wrinkle. If you have a finisher take it off and see if problem still occurs.
