    [Jamming] MX-M950 Jamming from LCC 5 & 6

I have been to a Hercules machine MX-M950 jamming from LCC 5 & 6 while LCC 7 works fine together with trays 1-4.
The paper from LCC 5 or 6 drops at the interface area, appearing as if paper not locating entry to main engine suggesting height problem but LCC 7 feeds ok.
The jam code when feeding from LCC 5 is L1IDS_N and that of LCC 6 gives L2TS_N jam code.
I checked LCC transport clutch, Vertical transport clutches all ok, cleaned all sensors and updated firmware but with no positive result.

Also the Multi bypass tray is not detected hence unsuable. Do we have any Sim code to enable this bypass tray?

I am trusting someone has seen the above before to assist.

    A few questions:

    Is this a LCX4 or LCX5?
On this machine, tray 7 is the bypass tray. The bottom tray on the large cap would be tray 6. So, trays 1-3 and 6 work, but 4 and 5 do not?
Did you check SIM 22-10 to see if the machine knows the bypass option is installed?
Are the paper size pins installed properly on the 2 problem drawers?

have you checked the upper transport torque limiter? i have seen this cause a problem with jamming.it is before it gets to the PS unit

Having gone into the circuitry/diagrams, I see the issue now to be with the upper vertical transport section which is driven by a transport motor M8. This motor drives tray5 and 6 while tray7 has a separate transport motor M12 for the lower vertical transport. This explains why tray7 feeds ok. I have ordered the motor and will keep you updated.
