    [Jamming] ar-m620n

jamming code mprd2_n2 , basically jamming out of tray 2 paper deck when running more than single copy, single copies out of tray 2 run good, tech in feild had already changed paper feed parts in tray 2, i removed the funnel assembly cleaned and repladed d2 sensor with new, one way one d1 roller shaft seems to be good as well
thought i remembered a post a couple of years ago having to do with deck lift motor
    any insights?

You are correct about the lift motors. There are also bulletins about the torque limiter shaft slipping (worn pin) and the addition of poly sliders to the shaft ends. MFP-TB-172,MFP-TB-438, and
    MFP-TB-224

You're going to love this one. I sure did:

Misfeeds (jam code MPFD1_S, MPFD_NM) from the bypass, (jam code MPRD2_N2) from tray #2 only. Flipped corners and skews into the finisher tray. Premature fuser roller failure. Unsuitable coated media (specifically posters) are fed through the bypass, coating the tires and horizontal path rollers and damaging the fuser rollers. Clean bypass tires and horizontal path rollers. Rebuild fuser. Advise against use of coated paper.

Twice in one day on the same machine.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
