AR-M455 jamming at the reg roller

Hi all,
I have one that stops right after the reg roller sensor, like it's not detecting. I tried another registration unit, but no difference. I've never had this issue before. Ideas?? Thanks in advance.

(No, I did not try changing the timing...Just thought of it, but it stops consistently at the same place every time. This machine has less than 200K on it.)

Sorry Blackcat, but I didn't write it down. I just assumed when I replaced the feed rollers, all would be well. I think I recall seeing - PPD1ND1.

It jammed from all trays (1 - 4) right after the reg sensor. And it jams everytime there. Can't get it to pass a single copy.

Main Gear Box(black box). Clutches are slipping. Either to replace a new box unit or dismantle it and clean the clutches.
