Having a problem with card shot feature...I have never used feature before. I put a drivers license in the top left corner of platten glass and it captures it just fine. Put a credit card in the same position and it cuts part of top and side off. Tried adjusting X and Y and still no change. I have to plead the fith on this... I was only able to look at for about 20 minutes before they closed. Also having a problem with colors being washed out! Machine asking for cyan to be replaced. I replaced and still asked for it to be replaced. Thanks for reading.
