    MX2310U c4-00

    hi,

i have a c4-00 trouble on a mx2310u. before that there was a e7-20 trouble. after changing the more pwb's i found out ther was missing one 5v on the dc power pwb. we fixed this and now when i check the output of the DC power pwb they all correct, but i got the c4-00. the worst thing is that also the second device where i tooked out the pwb's also give me a c4-00 trouble. is there any reset neded for this trouble? i also changed the ptc unit whith no succes.
itried out the setting of the sim 55-1 sw 8-3 to set it to 1, that should turn off the trouble detection but still have the trouble.
    any idea?

    br, Smrekca

Here is something else to look at. What part caused your other unit to have this problem? Was it the secondary transfer? Or did you change a whole bunch of parts at once?

        Good luck.

WOW, six years later, and you're going to correct Bil's response, which was appropriate at the time?

              Bruh... I'm dying.

But hey, maybe after 6 years he might not have fixed the issue yet...

              Lol.

I am sure after 6 years, Bil had a solution, (his/her posts are pretty much right on).

Replace the transfer control PWB . We had a 2610 do the same thing. Replaced the primary and secondary belt units and both main power boards, the ptc and did a full pm and still were dead. Replaced the transfer control pwb and now works like a champ. RDENU0133FCPZ TC PWB
