At machine inserting a pause into the number is as simple as touching the pause button, but how do you insert a pause into.....
1. Network Fax print driver
2. When setting up the Address Book on machine internal web page?

Also is it possible to program a set prefix to all numbers on a MX363 with fax board. In other words my client must dial 9 (pause) 9 (pause) in order to get a line. Can you program the 9 (pause) 9 (pause) to be a prefix that the machine will auto dial before fax number?

I always add the nine in the address book. I believe there is also a default setting in the fax soft switches. Switches 2 and 3 deal with pause time
