I have a very stange issue on my hands today. Customer is printing statements of about 2000 pages to an MX-2300N. When they send the print job it starts printing fine with no issues. However, about 1/2 way through the job the copier will say "Please Wait". They let it go for about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes than have to unplug and restart copier. The print job is lost and with thier statement program they have to start the entire print job over again. I have never seen an issue like this. Ussually the "please wait" message disappears after about 30 seconds.
Has anyone ever ran into a similar issue, or have ANY ideas on what to check? I have updated the firmware to version ICU main : 01.19.P0. Thanks for any insight you can give as to the customer I look like a lost puppy on this issue
