MX4100 - Not printing or scanning

Hi All, a bit of a weird one.We have an MX4100 where recently it stopped printing and scanning. There is no link light on the network board. We switched the network connection point and still no joy. We get no response when we ping the IP address, and cannot view the webpage of the copier. We changed the MFPC PWB and still nothing. Any suggestions?

Have you tried plugging in your laptop to see if it connects?

Didn't have the laptop in the car today (typical). Am heading over tomorrow with it to try it out.

If the machine has just thrown a maintenance code AND SMNP is checked in the port configuration of the print driver, it will through the machine "offline". Go into the port setting in the print driver and un-check SMNP. I have also seen it happen before maitenance, mostly on servers sharing the drivers. No ping or webpage is a bit odd though...
