Image Send Settings > Operation Settings > Disable Registration Setting. You can enable and disable creating new addresses from the web page or machine. There is also a setting to disable certain address types. You could see if FTP is an option at the machine. Also check your rights in the user group of which you are logged in.

hey mojo, thanks for the response, i called up the I.T. Dept of my client and kinda gave them some phone support, everything seem ok under Disable/enable settings "FTP" was checked, this TT-20212 Bulletin is exactly what i am doing, but for some reason i dont see FTP as an option when setting up, i am at a total lost

            Hi,
make a safety backup of the MX-M363N (without ftp opt.) using "cloning" & "arch. backup" tools.
After that, try to upload the MX-M363N (with ftp opt.) configuration.
            Regards
