Hello All,
We are installing several used MX-M950N machines, (average counter 1.2 million) for use in a few high schools nearby. We deal mostly with MX-M700N, MX-M450N,and MX-3501N style machines, in general, they all seem to perform very well. We have found that the finishers used by the MX-M700's in the high schools have a high failure rate concerning the stapler units and some skewing involved, but considering the high volume and staple rates on each job, it is understandable.
I just wanted to know your opinion concerning reliability in a high school environment for the MX-M950N? I enjoy reading the various posts concerning the Sharp equipment and have been servicing Sharp equipment for over 20 years. However, I find that I am not able to contribute as much as I would like for fear of leading someone astray. Perhaps, I just need to jump in and offer a little friendly advice.
Thank you for your opinions.
