      fix

      Hi friends
After a lot of hard attempts, i fix this with replacing the print drive for the print drive of the model mx-2310u.
In mi case mx-2700 in windows 7 32bts.
Work fine with the mx-2310u drive.

I hope this was usefull for someone

        Re: MX4100 PPD2_PRI

        hello
        for someone with less experience.
-yet about using mx-2310 w7 print drive in sharp mx-2700.

-when a new intall do not install using the mx-2310 exe. aplication, because do not detect de device, because the device
        ois not a 2310.

-so, first instal using a version drive for mx-2700, and after in the print drive interface, change the drive manualy by the mx-2310 drive.

-or install using "add a print", create a new ip port, and choose tha drvie mx-2310.

        hope do not forguet anything.
        enjoy

          Re: MX4100 PPD2_PRI

I just had this on an MX-2310U

          No security kit fitted

I cleared down the job q on the device, then tested copying and printing, all OK

Suspect that a corrupt print job was root cause.

Hope this helps someone else in a sticky situation!

            Re: MX4100 PPD2_PRI

I have this jam code on a mx-2310u in a customers a good distance away.

They have two so swapped the departments they were in and cleaned memory module and formatted hard drive.

Thinking next step I might swap the memory modules.

I've just read the link on drivers so will try that while on site.
