    Sharp ARM 450

    Ok everyone, I'm getting old and can't remember how to get into service mode.
    I need to reset a top tray code. Its been a while, more than a year since this customer called.
    If anyone could help me please

      Try #/P * C *, Tc 14 or 15 should clear the code.

          It's 15 (I had to look it up). The ole' brain is turning to mush.

          P > * > C > * > 15 > Start > 1: Yes > Start > CA

          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              Thanks everyone, I had'nt worked on this model for a few years.
              I use to work on them under the Imagistics name back in Kansas, but that has been a few years.
