I found this record in the database, but have no memory of the event:

"L4-07" after maintenance. "Errors, Others_Error" resulting from Auto Registration sim 50-22. In Manual Registration C2: -1, M2: -4, Y2: -7. Cracks in the transfer belt catch on the blade slowing or stalling the transfer belt motor. Replace & prime the transfer belt with titanium stearate. Re-run simulation 50-22, 50-20, etc.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I had a very fussy BC320 that would throw that code. In the end we had to replace the entire transfer unit with a new one from supplies (it was cheaper than getting it through parts). I think it was over 300 bucks. I did the same thing with swapping from a used machine, rebuilding etc etc. The code would keep coming back. I hate those machines.

I was told the connector can get buggered up in the machine and cause codes as well but i never saw it.

The connector on the machine side can get caught and cause these codes. If you pull the transfer belt out you should be able to reach in and push the connector. It is on springs and will push in and come back out. If it gets into far the connector can catch on the side of the bracket and not come back out.
The other thing to check is to pull the transfer belt and pull the cover off the drive gear and spin the belt by hand. If the belt slips then it will give you problems and the easiest thing to do is replace it.

Another thing that will cause this is forgetting to remove the tension screws & protection sheet. =^..^=
