    AR-201

Customer called in and says she has icon of a man and a gear on screen. We don't normally work on sharp and are wondering what we need inthe way of supplies to perform maintenance on this unit. Have already located developer and drum, just want to know if there is anything else recommended to take as this is some distance out of our normal service area. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. She didn't give a meter count, so, we are basically going out blind on this one. TIA, rb12

Thank you, Akitu. Is there anything that needs to be done besides resetting drum and developer counts? Again thank you very much for the response. Happy Holidays! rb12

You'll need to reset the maintenance counter as well with sim 20, or the light will never go away. Quite welcome, CHLDZ0035QS51 is the part number for the whole charge unit if you need to replace.
