sharp mx 2300 printing issues.

good night friends.

i need your opinion about an issue that today i not fix.
i have a costumer document in pdf format that the blue color print in blak?

i try everything, pcl5,pcl6 and ps drives, i try to print as image, i try in photo,and so, and no solution, every blue print in black.?

of corse i have the copier whit the latest firmware, and all drives are the latest.

i try print in a ricoh copier that the costumer as, and print good.

Any idea, i,m glad.

Try sending the file as "Download Fonts" under the Advance tab of the Printing Preferences instead of the default "Resident Fonts".

If all else fails, I've concluded that a large portion of odd printing problems are related to the 256MB in DIMM slot 2. If nobody else has a better solution, I would try replacing that. However, I'm certain there are better solutions available.

hi friend, i will try that, because i have another error in this copier, that was, when i try print in 4bit mode, e get error, may be a memory issue?

Have you calibrated the print side lately? If you print out 64-5, what do the blues look like?

try loading the job on the usb drive
and print directly from copier,that way you bypass all the drivers
narowing down the problem

Now i go print in another mx-2300n and asfter i say somthing.
