The majority of these POD1N jams are caused by either slipping one-way bearings or slow returning switch actuators in the delivery/turnover unit. Replace the delivery turnover unit as an assembly.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

blackcat right. you also can check the pod1 sensor working or not via simulation 30-01.
i faced many tiger series now having bad pod1 sensor

quite often also double check your heat roller pawls. Many techs do not change these and they wear down causing accordions. Also the plastic follower rollers above the fuser bcome worn down or cracked and can cause misfeed trouble as well. (replacing the assembly is often a waste of money) you can rebuild them for a fraction of the cost. On this model I often change out the top peice of plastic with the vents off a MXM450 for better ventilation and make sure the filters stay clean. These machines have major heat issues. just some advice if you want the unit to last. I have some with close to 4 mill still going wish the customer would replace them already lol.
