MXM850 performing auto adjust then throwing a H error code

    HI All

I have a Sharp MXM850 which has done 4 million and was working fine until a couple of weeks ago. It now runs for a few hours OK, then starts performing an 'auto adjust' and does not always recover. It can be stuck doing this for up to 10 minutes, then will throw a H error code (H3-01, sub thermistor high temp, H4-00 non-contact thermistor low temp, H7-10 unable to recover temperature).
The fuser unit has been replaced entirely, the connectors checked for paper fragments (a known issue) values checked in Sim 43, the machine has been serviced twice.
My big concern is the state of the charge unit, so we have one on order, however I am doubtful it can cause all these issues.

    Any feedback greatly appreciated guys!

The Hercules machines will show 'please wait automatically adjusting' for extended periods, then throw H codes, when there is a failure of the fuser heat lamp (3million life) or the pins of the fuser connection at the rear frame have been bent. The fuser is unable to maintain correct heat temperature.
This is quite common. The problem is not related to the process units in any way.
Check the heater lamp in sim 5 or replace it. Ensure the contact thermisters are touching the fuser rollers.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
