    Distorted in what way, Dingo?
Compressions, stretched images, blurry, ... be specific. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Looks like its skewing coming out of the duplex. Have you inspected the duplex unit ? How do the rollers look? What's the meter on this unit? If the ps (registration) were responsible for the skew , I think the problem would have showed up sometimes even on single sided copies. Are 2 sided copies made from the glass giving you the same problem ? If so.....you can rule out the DSPF

hi mate, thanks for your reply.

the problem is only in duplex copys.

my ex. was made by using a glass, in 1 /1=2 mode.

yes, i already give a good look in the adu unit.

          regards

Is the line cross-feed or feed direction?

The part I don't understand is the pattern, a distinct pattern on both pages, and the line is askew. Is the glass cracked?

              hi.

              the glass is not cracked.

i use the same pattern, and make two copies in single/ single= duplex copie.

the notes in the second coโ€‹py, i wrote after having copied for show the problem.

(the pattern was one and the same in both copys.)

              regards

I thought that something in the ADU would be the fix! Good job....glad your problem is solved.

ok, but now i must fix the ADU unit, i think the problem was in the first
feed rolers in the ADU unit, and i give a good look, and i think there is
                    a headache for replace.

                    regards

I can't remember why, but I've been in the ADU before.

                      Here it is:
Scraping noise only when duplexing. The E-clip falls off & the shaft slides out. Shaft is located at the top of the duplexer. Disassemble the duplexer to reposition the duplex idler shaft and install an E-clip.
