I got a sharp ar 336 with parallel port .. when printing Arabic fonts its good but when print an Arabic text contained italic words the italic words is printed strange symbols but the other words are good. can anyone help plz ? thanks

I've had problems with this series not recognizing different fonts, even in the same document. You can try 2 things.
1. Easiest is to print the document as an image then it doesn't care what the font is. Some programs will let you do this and some won't.
2. Try a different font for your italicized characters and see if that works.

Bil: do you mean something like CutePDF? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

No, not really though I guess that would work. But the print driver when you are using Adobe (just an example, word has the same feature) has a print as image box that you can check so it will ignore the document formatting and just print the document similar to a picture. Had to do this many times in the past when people have made up their own fonts or are using 3 or 4 different font's on the same document and the machine had problems reproducing them. Almost always works!
