Making sure the primary transfer belt is turning, I had one jamming on entry to fusing unit. I put a mark on fusing roller primary transfer gear and secondary transfer. Primary wasnt turning took it out cleaning blade had flipped
checked the gears marked them they seem to be turning ok. coming up to the fuser like a fan, looks like a registration clutch problem, but its not got one, and the motor is kicking in.
Remove the transfer belt drive gear, there is a pin which is driven by that gear. The housing on the gear which surrounds the pin cracks, causing jams just like you describe. You would have to remove the gear to see the problem.
This issue can be caused by a faulty PTC unit. Firstly, reset the PTC unit in sim 24-04. If the machine works OK after restarting, you know the PTC unit MUST be replaced.
The updated part number is DUNT-8051DS15.
All Pastel2 series machines have this issue if the belts check OK. Also confirm that there is no PPD2_DRUM jam codes or F2-50/F2-51 trouble codes recorded, as this will indicate a problem with a flipped drum blade and/or drum phase sensor will will also cause this exact symptom.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
The k drum phase sensor is a good one If you have never seen it, it will give you fits. Blackcat nailed it. There is a pub on it from the first generation series.
Yes, I am here to fix your machine. No, your machine went out of warranty 18 years ago.
