    ar-m450 devloper issues

    Good night my friends
Once, like to hear your opinion, because today i walked around a problem with an ar-m450, that was:
the 25-1 readings gives me around 55/values, and of corse i get EE-EL CODES.
but if i get the dv unit and i put in another ar-m450, the same unit give me good readings around 118??
and if get anothers units that are good, and give me good readings in others copiers, in the first coopier that a have the issue, all units gave me low readings??

    Any idea?

i already change the drum unit, and the main and tranfer charge units.

    thanks

I had a similar problem and it ended up that I had to replace the PCU PWB. Hope this info helps.

I got a ARM450 that likes to read around 140 with brand new DV and a clean TCS sensor. Ive also changed the DV unit and it did not help. Doc gap is also correct.

Thing works ok though as 140 is a acceptable number and it usually makes the PM. I was wondering if my PCU was the cause of this as well.

Has any body ever seen were the toner almost seems to be bonding to the mag roller and you can scrap it off? The mentioned machine above does this but if you don't clean the toner off the mag roller it will leave back ground after the PM is done.

I've resolved this once with a PCU PWB.

I've also found this record. I've used this procedure on Leopards, Andromeda, Tigers, and Dragons:
"EE-EL" after stirring new developer (reads 52). Overtoner condition (why?). Exit simulation. Run ~10 copies 20% fill, then run stir again. Useful values start @ 72. Repeat until a successful stir is achieved (~75).

You've ruled out the whole developing unit, toner sensor, & developer.

        =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

My first thanks you for your usual availability.
At moment i do not know if was a final solution, but this working
good with dv readings around 100.
          I did the following:
Yestarday, after perform the sm 25-2 i get a value around 55, so i forced and fixed the dv value in the secret sm, in 90, and the costumer as made many copys.
Today i checkd (with the 25-1) that the value is know in 75.

          I will see, thanks
