[Error Code] tray prohibited

I have a mxm550 with a f3-12 code, I found paper behind tray and reset code and now the screen says copy prohibited from this tray please select another tray. I found nothing broken and tray lifts ok. Any help would be appreciated.

Check paper tray settings under syatem settings and see if tray has been disabled for copy, print, fax, or document filing. Check appropriate boxes.

You've got to do the LCC clear in service mode.

I`m with tmaged, you must performe s.m the reset code after get the error.

F3-12 is tray 1 error. after removing paper from behind tray perform sim. 15.
